We teach our crew how to find honest damage and assist with filing claims. We guide them on the correct way to engage with insurance companies and adjusters as well as clients.
With Barron you set your own schedule and have the ability to choose the jobs you want to work. There is no set "clock in" time. We hold our employees accountable for their work and expect them to take pride in their job. We work on a unique commission based system. Our crew can make as much (or as little) money as they want. Our Story
Our story starts with a veteran and a plan of action. Dagan Johnson, our owner, started at a small location selling vacuums. He took pride in learning the ins and outs of the competitive world of sales. Once he gained his footing and learned the lay of the land he set out on a mission. A mission to help homeowners and commercial businesses reach their full potential. He started by himself with his own time and money and eventually created this team we have today of honest, hardworking men and women. Dagan believes that the key to his success has been creating a friendship with our customers above anything else. Since then we have grown to be a successful contracting company in the DFW area. Dagan takes joy in hiring and training new members to our company as well as building up the team we already have!
